Teens and Tweens

If you're looking for coaching for your child, something has happened or is about to happen, and you are worried about them. I have been there myself and have worked with many parents just like you, so let me first reassure you that what you are feeling right now is normal and that I can help. 

I have coached many children through numerous concerns and worries, such as lack of confidence, fear of trying new things, coping with the emotions of growing up, and taking greater responsibility for themselves as they move from child to tween to teenager. 

I can also help your child with personal organisation, managing and understanding their sensory preferences so they can advocate for what they need. As well as supporting them to make decisions from solid self-belief and confidence, not fear.

I connect well with tweens and teens. I have a fun but fair approach, giving them the much-needed space to be heard and find their voice while gently coaching and providing feedback and accountability.
